Worst company ever. Been stuck with a broken coffee table for over a month that was supposed to be a mother's day gift. They won't respond to ship a replacement or give money back. Never buy from this company.
Worst customer service ever. I ordered art from the Homesquare since the price was significantly cheaper than other retailers. Although it shipped quickly, Fedex lost it for 2 weeks. I informed Homesquare and they replied several days later apologizing for the delay and said that I have to wait for Fedex to deliver. They never contacted Fedex to file a claim. Well, on May 30, the art arrived but one was damaged. I immediately sent them an email of the issue. I just received a response from them on June 15 at 7:49pm. Beyond unacceptable. I had already ended up fixing the art myself and taking it to Hobby Lobby to secure the frame.

Homesquare is a legitimate scam. Ordered an expensive mirror. Waited and waited. Got a shipment confirmation. It never arrived. Sent 40 something emails. They promised me a refund. I never got my money back. Straight up thieves. Don't know how they sleep at night. What goes around comes around, Homesquare.
Ordered 2 chairs ...The color did not match my decor. Furthermore the gray shown in the picture is actually metallic... if the picture was accurate or if the description had mentioned that I would not have chosen the items.
Returning the chairs was more expensive than the chairs due to the shipping ( 250.00 per chair plus the restock fee)
Therefore, I have 2 chairs that I cannot use still wrapped and sealed up in my garage.
I have contacted or tried several times to contact Home Square/Cymax about accepting the discount they offered to keep the chairs.
I have also requested multiple times via email for a confirmation of the discount.
Never a response back.
Very dissatisfied with the description of the chair to begin with as it was deceptive to the entire process of returning and now no reply or confirmation regarding the discount.
Beyond unprofessional
Perhaps dishonest if I never hear back from them about the discount.

Purchase from home square item woz damaged they never returned any of my emails or phone calls I opened dispute a month later I got recharged with no communications still I will never ever order from this company again.
COMPLETE SCAM. I bought a couch and received tracking info and was charged immediately and the delivery date continued to be pushed out. I ended up with 2 tracking numbers from 2 different freight shippers who both said they never even received the couch from home square. It’s complete BS DO NOT BUY!!!!!
They are the worest company I shopped a chair from them online Walmart Canada and the colure they show and the chair is poor qualify it is not the way you see it very short at the back it looks like children chair when you call wall Mart Canada the said talk to the 3rd party Walmart didn't stand for me this Cymax stores Inc is they are very bad instead of returning there trash chair they offered me to get $63.11 or I have to buy insurance for shipping and pay for shipping and send it with in 15 days instead of 30 days. They don't treat customer very good they like you said or she said it looks like you are in court .when Walmart Canada Wash's there hand and tell me to deal with them. I pass the worest experience I ever pass during this difficult time they stolen my daughter x-mass like the Grinch. Because I paid for the ugly chair $356 and some cent's. Some from my daughter X-mass gift card and credit card. The weirdest thing was they don't know who wrote massage for them for example when they write back they say as you said something you didn't write or contact them I call only Walmart Canada until they said as you said it is very upsetting by being connected with this kind of sellers by Walmart Canada before this situation I love Walmart Canada but now I don't trust the any more. My suggestion to customers that please don't buy any thing connected with the 3rd party especially from the USA.when I say from USA I am saying like CYMAX store Inc may be there are good ones. Cymax store Inc does not have any emphatic ❤️ after they received your money for there trash item. I gave them 1 star because I don't have any positions to give them but I will give them -100 for their poor service and for pushing me to receive there offer which is $63.11
Because to send it paying shipping and insurance and delivery from my home to the post office it will cost me close to I purchased so that I am really really forced to do that. Walmart Canada is loosing one of loyal customer too. I have learned my lesson all I am saying Becaerfull from this people .They are so bad. My tears is not stay out there. If you spit it up you received it on you face. I cursed them time will tell. Customer thank you for reading my message.

Absolutely horrible!!! Can't talk to anyone. Cancelled my order 2 days before Christmas with no explanation or warning. STAY AWAY!!!
Do not buy from Homesquare! I ordered a table set via Walmart. My account was vanished, order postponed and never completed. Over 4 weeks I am dealing with the seller, but they just keep sending me an automated response. Delivery company is not aware of anything. This is a fraud.
I ordered a filing cabinet through Walmart not realizing it was through a 3rd party vendor “homesquare” I tried to cancel the order before it came , I couldn’t . I lost a friend during this time and waited after 30 days and tried to return to Walmart who wouldn’t accept it and there I was told it was through a 3rd party vendor . I contacted them they would not take this item back bc it was passed the 30 day period I was not aware of because o thought I was a Walmart product . They do not care and have awful customer service . I will never recommended any products from this awful company.
I ordered thru Walmart. Homesquare was late on shipment, promised 10% off. Order canceled. Furniture shipped by mistake. Offered 20% off if I accepted. I accepted and never got discount. Complained to Walmart and was promised full refund. They told Amex they were never contacted. Never ever order from Homesquare. They lie.
I ordered my couch through Walmart/homesquare and it said I would receive my couch about two weeks after my order, It has taken a month to get it and if you try to contact them they will not answer the phone and all the emails you send are just automated. DONT BUY from them. Also Walmart is a joke and won’t honor the site and this is why Amazon is smoking them in everything.
Do not, repeat DO NOT! order from this company. I placed order for items website said were available and instock. Paid almost 500.00 only to find out AFTER item had been discontinued. There is NO ONE to talk to at customer svc no to find out when my pmt will be credited back to me, you are told when you call you must email and wait possible up to 2 days for hopefully???? a reply. I cancelled my order at their website when I see my order stating items discontinued. WHY???? DOES WEBSITE SAY THEY ARE IN STOCK AND AVAILABLE??? BEYOND DISAPPOINTED & DISGUSTED. In meantime who knows when I will get my money back.

and the worse is they write in they website "48 hours shipping" and i waiting almost 12 days to my order - in usp update its says "in transit" for 12 days already!!
